Cottage Renovation & Addition - This property featured a too small cottage, but great bones and some pretty incredible views on all sides.  A major gut of the entire main floor, addition of a mudroom, plus the addition of an entire second storey was magic in the end.  Warm tones, texture and walls of windows created the ultimate family getaway.
