SHORELINE

Home Renovation

This beautiful family was looking to find a way to take a disjointed smaller kitchen, too small to be useful formal dining room, and covered outdoor space to create the entertaining space of their dreams.  Some clever space planning led us to converting the front (un-used) living room into a formal dining room and then the extra space we gained and re-purposed became a massive kitchen and butlers pantry.  We also reconfigured the mudroom and laundry area to gain valuable functionality, and re-framed a larger and stunning powder room for guests.  This renovation is warm, functional, and my personal favourite, has the breakfast nook of my dreams!
